Has Any one tried the New Sneak Skill with the last patch? Does it Work Better than Snoop App3?
Is it a Waste to Get?

On the verge of necro-posting, but since no one answered...
Swift sneak gets you into sneak mode fast, but it will not get you past mobs like snoop will. That having been said, it is not a waste of time, as 1.0 seconds to get into sneak mode for a tangling strike or an ambush is pretty nice for a rogue.
