Well I was just coming back inside from having a cig at work and somehow managed to slam the door on my big toe(there's a slight ledge). Now it hurt pretty good and I surprised myself by making a yelping sound that I was unaware I could make.

So as I'm doing the stub-toe walk I realize the security camera is on me So I bite my lip and pretend nothing happened and hobble back to the office(off-camera)for some theraputic swearing.

Not sure if this is a rant about stub-toes,security camera's, or just a request for other stories of NOTHING HAPPENED...honest.

I do that ALL the time - it's a wonder I still have toes. Have stubbed every toe at some point with shoes on, shoes off... once while swimming (though that actually broke the 4th toe, but then I kept stubbing the broken toe on chair and table legs every time it started feeling better) (Back In Black)

Security cameras generally don't have sound pickups. If they did they would be "bugs" and fall under different laws.

So just keep smiling while you swear your head off, and they will never know.

So why do you care if the security camera sees you stubbing your toe? Are you worried that the security guards are going to make fun of you?
