As they are, buses in my town are already cramped, noisey, rattley, and generally suck to ride after around 3pm in the afternoon.

Over the racket of the diesel engine and the thing slamming down the city streets, it's pretty much impossible to hear someone else's conversation above a mild buzz.

So you must be trying REALLY ******* hard to heard if when you walk off the bus and every person there stares at you like they wish they could cave your ******* skull in. I'm looking at you, Ms. 'Louisiana Expatriate', who has to call 8 ******* people on your 20 minute ride home, and squeel like a dying ******* pig over stupid senseless bull**** that no one else but you needs to share in.

I'm looking at you, gaggle of black girls coming home from school, who swear and curse and act like ghetto trash and think your spectacle is something that everyone else enjoys. Hell, when the 'weird bus guy that twitches' is giving you ****ty looks for being loud mouth little hoes, you should clue into the fact that your mouth is way to ******* big for your own good, and promptly put a ******* sock in it. And when the bus is stopped dead in the middle of the street to let people off, can you please not stand in the middle of the aisle to CHECK YOUR ******* TEXT MESSAGES! Or to turn around and screech like a harpy to the rest of the your little cliche that she's "a bitch" or "check you later bitches". Please, carefully watch your step as you exit the bus, and then kindly put your ******* head under the front tire of it so when we leave, it can crush your head like a ******* zit.

I don't care how you handle yourself around your friends. I don't care if you're foul-mouthed, illterate, drunk, or whatever, and it shows. But when there are 30 people around you that don't have the choice about being there, kindly do us all the favor shutting the **** up, or at least talking at a decible level that doesn't drive the rest of us ******* insane. This ain't a big city where people passively let you go about your **** because they are afraid of engaging you. This isn't New York or Los Angeles or New Orleans where your ******* bad behavior and inconsideration of others is the norm.

So in summation, shut it bitch.

I know. You'd think with the Dragoons running around, there'd be a lot less asshattery, and a lot more dead asshats.

Replace us with Metro car and I feel your pain.

Some of the way people act in public/on public transportation is mind boggling.

The busses aren't too bad in Anchorage, aside from the occasional drunk guy that falls asleep on the bus, then refuses to get up and get off for a good 5-10 minutes of being asked.

That and the non-disabled people that exit from the front door instead of the rear door like they're supposed to. I hate people that can't follow a simple direction like that.

Did you mean, like, mistakes instead of misgivings? Because...

Misgiving (noun):: a feeling of doubt or suspicion especially concerning a future event

...leaves me wondering wtf you just said.

Although, I admit to a certain level of mental weariness, I might just not be up to reading comprehension today.

You should be taking this time to reflect on your past misthingies

It's weird, I'm getting used to it taking 25 to 30 minutes to get across town. Kind of makes me wonder why I needed to do it in 15.

And I'm too busy trying to make productive use of that 30 minutes to reflect on it. My time to reflect on is when I run out of smokes and picture the prospect of 40 minute worth of walking to get one.

AMEN! Though it should not be the norm, anywhere...

I take a light rail between home and work, and invariably, especially in the afternoon when the kids are getting out of school, you will have 8-12 loudmouth, vulgar children running back and forth on the train that you cannot ask to "sit down and please be quiet", because they'll toss some racial epithet your way, or worse. I've only ever seen one person tell the little monsters to sit down and shut up, and she might have been one of their grandmothers' friends or something, because they actually listened.
