Key word fun, and preferably not involving alcohol / drugs... we have pretty much beaten the regular stuff into the ground, and just looking for something new to do; but running short on ideas.
Anything you guys do on dates, or hell even just hanging out with friends, that's pretty enjoyable, but not often thought of? (Hint: Jumping off things is a no go with her, I already tried that...)

DHITP - sorry, this HAD to be said. :lol
Besides - What have you already done together? How well do you know each other?
Billard, movies, sports (hiking, inline-skating, bicycle, squash, swimming, etc), theater, culture (museums, art exhibitions, etc)...

We've been "together" for about 4 weeks now I think, but known each other for a few months.
Bold is done, italics does not exist.. remember I live in Montana.
Anyway we decided on a walk in the park again..
So its 6th date? Marriage proposal, duh!

How about a picknic with your bicycles, go fishing, visit some park, lake or anything not right around the corner?

You could...roll her up in a carpet, and throw her off the bridge! Hee hee hee. But what I recommend is some sort of picnic in an isolated area on a nice day.
edit: SX beat me!
Not sure if there is anything like this in your area, but Horse and Carriage Rides are always a winner. (Especially now, before it gets summertime hot.)
Get some rifles and go hunting? Nothing to seal a relationship like the blood of your freshly-killed prey.
As an alternate to that, begin endurance training now. In a few months, you two will be able to run down deer and kill them with only a knife.
Ice skating - the cool air is nice
Horse back riding - hi ho silver
Comedy club - well maybe not in Montana
Racquet club - tennis, badminton, racquetball
Golf - drunken golf cart jousting or nerf wars
Corn mazes - for when you break up

Actually, I know a few people who have gone target shooting on a date.
I would NOT recommend that for a breakup date though.

Ok, all seriousness. Why not stay in for the night? I dont mean DHITP stay in, but cook dinner together and then watch a movie. Youd be surprised how fun of a date it can be.

You went on a walk in the park? Did you stop at the playground? Do it. Swing. Slide. Monkeybars. Merry-go-round. It's a ton of fun to play. People should do it more often.
Some sort of activity involving boats is always good. Canoeing down a river or rowing on a lake somewhere.

Why has nobody recomended beer + Guitar Hero yet?
Hello...there is no finer evening plan than one that begins with Guitar Hero. Where it ends is up to you! :naughty
Subscribe to Travelzoo or Sherman's list for last minute travel ideas. I bet you find a trip and hotel to Vegas or San Fran for cheap.
Do they have any shows in Montana? How about mystery dinner theater? How about waking up early and building a home for habitat for humanity?

been a good long while since i lived in montana as a child... but here are some ideas (may or may not be applicable depending on where in montana you live, how old you are, or how *serious* your relationship is).
Go on a weekend trip to Fairmont(sp?) Hot Springs - natural hotsprings, resort atmosphere, golf course (including, iirc, the longest par5 in north america... damn thing was like 800 yards long)
Bozeman usually has some spring festivals and artsy-fartsy stuff this time of year
Take a weekend fishing/camping/resort/boating trip up to Flathead lake north of Kalispel
Red Lodge has spring and summer "off season" deals and there is usually things to do like art/antique festivals, concerts, etc...
Go to Yellowstone for a weekend and check out the geysers(sp?), mudpits, and natural springs.
Horseback riding for a day... I know Bozeman has a couple places nearby that you can do that.
If you are in a town with a university... sign up for a fun summer class together like photography or pottery (believe me, pottery with a partner can be both a lot of fun and erotic... think like the movie Ghost)
Call local colleges/universities for info on summer events, concerts, etc...
just some ideas
Stay home and cook her dinner.
and then Jello Wrestle... and let that lead to a couple's shower.

Chicks love playing air hockey down at the Chuck-E-Cheese.
Well I'm not sure about air hockey at Chucky Cheese but... Foosball. I've had many fun foosball games, but that was usually a group thing though, 2 against 2 which means less "rows" to keep track of, closer quarters to other people and more silliness.
Maybe do a treasure hunt with borrowed GPS equipment? Sort of like geocaching I guess.
Paintball?

Ok the walk in the park turned into a sleep in each others arms because we are both exhausted :p
Anyway thanks for the recomendations...
How about a picknic with your bicycles, go fishing, visit some park, lake or anything not right around the corner?
Not a bad idea, may have to try that when it's nice out. I wouldn't mind a picnic in the rain, but I'm not sure how she feels about it...
There's no swimming pools in Montana?
There are but if you live in Montana, you know swimming pools suck; and the only proper place to swim is in a lake or river; both of which are too turbulent, or cold at this time :p
Not sure if there is anything like this in your area, but Horse and Carriage Rides are always a winner. (Especially now, before it gets summertime hot.)
Not that I know of, but I could set up a horse ride easily enough, will keep this one in mind for later.

I actually took her older sister out target shooting, for a "first date" kinda thing, awhile back (few months..) hehe I guess I could do it with her too :p
As for killing, in self defense only man. Them animals haven't done anything to me :(
Ice skating - the cool air is nice
Horse back riding - hi ho silver
Comedy club - well maybe not in Montana
Racquet club - tennis, badminton, racquetball
Golf - drunken golf cart jousting or nerf wars
Corn mazes - for when you break up
Ice Skating - Rink is shut down for awhile and the area being used for something else (live stock shows IIRC) for a bit..
HOrse Back riding - commented on above
Comedy Club - Yeah.. but no. Not in montana, and the 1 we have is horrible beyond reason.
Rcquet club - Ehh only place for that you have to buy a member ship
Golf - neither of us are too into golf and you have to pay a ****load to use carts at all the courses here
Corn maze - already plowed down
Cow Tipping!

A Montana tradition! In all seriousness, we have battles to see which one of us is actually the worst cook ever; which usually involves going out somewhere or ordering in. Yeah we both suck huge ass at cooking. But its fun :) We do watch a lot of movies together also, looking for an alternative to that..
You went on a walk in the park? Did you stop at the playground? Do it. Swing. Slide. Monkeybars. Merry-go-round. It's a ton of fun to play. People should do it more often.
Not that kind of park, but I will take her to one we can play at :) I know a great one too with almost no stupid little kids that make way too much noise for how small they are.
Some sort of activity involving boats is always good. Canoeing down a river or rowing on a lake somewhere.
Water is too rough this early in the year, though I'd love to be out in a kayak in it. If only I could afford one :(

Because Vodka plust Dance Dance Revolution: Super Mario Mix, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Donkey Konga, or Mario Kart Double Dash is a much finer plan, and one we do often. :p

I'd love to do somethign like that, but our workplace is a dirty life sucking whore with no remorse. Scheduling would not alow for such a thing.
Shows in Montana.. not really; they do have a theatre group, but it's hard as **** to find otu when they are actually going to do something. If those bastard *******s would let the public know when they plan on doing a play; I'd be all for it. But apprently it's a secret. As for waking up early.. eh no for both of us :p
Go on a weekend trip to Fairmont(sp?) Hot Springs - natural hotsprings, resort atmosphere, golf course (including, iirc, the longest par5 in north america... damn thing was like 800 yards long)
Not a bad idea, can't remember where fairmont is though; been there a few times. Can't remember if its expensive either. An alt. would be lolo hotsprings, and that could be cut short to 1 day.. or an active alt. could be jerry jonson hotsprings.. a hike into natural springs...
Bozeman usually has some spring festivals and artsy-fartsy stuff this time of year
The only reason to go to Bozeman is to piss on a bobcat.
Take a weekend fishing/camping/resort/boating trip up to Flathead lake north of Kalispel
Will be very hard for us to get a whole weekend off together, and she has classes during the week :( Though I'll see if I can't arrange it sometime.. though she is a fairweather outdoorsgirl.. so still a bit early for camping for her.
Go to Yellowstone for a weekend and check out the geysers(sp?), mudpits, and natural springs.
Would love to but again scheduling :(
Horseback riding for a day... I know Bozeman has a couple places nearby that you can do that.
Plenty in missoula too, and I have friends who are proffesional outfitters, they could probably hook me up.
Stay home and cook her dinner.
I would if i could :(
and then Jello Wrestle... and let that lead to a couple's shower.
... why didn't I think of that??
Chicks love playing air hockey down at the Chuck-E-Cheese.
I am unaware of a Chuk-E-Cheese in Montana, or an equivilent.. :(
Maybe do a treasure hunt with borrowed GPS equipment? Sort of like geocaching I guess.
Paintball?
Actually I have a really nice GPS, I should look into that, I know there are tons of cache's around Missoula, I've even been thinking of setting up some of my own for scenic trails most people don't know about around Missoula for geocaching.com though I have as of yet, never geocached.
Paintball.. erg.. maybe... I'd love it.. not sure about her. Some great places around here. I'll look into it :)
I guess the biggest problem is our scheduling conflicts.. its' not so much that we dont' have anything to do, its just once we can actually get together, we're so deadass tired, we can't get off our asses, or that we only get to see each other for a tiny bit of time before one has to leave again.
Le sigh..
Hotsprings are the best idea so far.
How far are you from Jackson Hole? I hear they still got skiing for a couple more weeks too.

Nothing wrong with being exhausted and sleeping in each other's arms ;) :naughty Especially not that early in a relationship :D
