Are there any other people here who are graduating in the next few months here, and freaking the **** out? :(

i'm down to my absolute last class for my bachelors, which isnt even that difficult - but literally every single night i'm up (like right now, its 3:30AM) worrying about failing it, or what i'm going to do in 6 months when the loans start requiring payment, did i "get" anything out of all this besides a mountain of debt and a peice of paper?

I cant sleep, i cant eat, having a conversation with friends and my family is just strained... is this a normal phenomenon? i've never really been the type to worry about anything that i can influence (strangely its the things i have no control over that usually bug me) - but i dont think i've ever been this stressed over anything in my life.

this is worse than the anxiety of waiting to find out if i got into college in the first place. any suggestions on ways to relax? walking and lifting weights just isnt doing it.

You could always just fail and put off graduating for another year!

Seriously though, it's not uncommon to be stressed about it, though I'm thinking you're more stressed about what's next after school than you are about school.

Are you attending job fairs and such? That could help. It's easier to get going if you have something lined up right out of school. You could also look into work/teach abroad programs which take some of the stress off.

As far as immediate stress relievers...aside from the obvious stuff (a little drink, sex, or sports), get into meditation or something. :-)

Lucky you asked! It's 4/20 today--I know a good way you can relax. Even Google is celebrating, haha.

At that point in my college career i was stone drunk until graduation, and when I say until I mean up to 30 minutes previous. It was effective, but I cannot advocate it.

When I graduated, I was more worried about finding a good job.

I lucked out and was offered a job a year before I graduated... and they let me finish my degree.

Try going through this stress while bringing on a customer that is 1/3 of your annual sales goal. That's the boat I'm in.

Of course, I have a paper worth 25% of my grade due tomorrow and I'm posting here!
