Nah, it's not just a personal choice, really. I've needed money badly as of late, so I talked a friend into buying my account for the items/characters I have on an older server. He has promised to never play Trudgalong, though, and I trust him.

And, since I'd be having to start over anyway - new character, new account - I'm taking this opportunity to give up on EQ. It's been a very large and meaningful part of my life for the last 12 months or so, but some things you just have to let go of in time.

I know I've only been a Safehouse Rogue for a very short time, but this has possibly been one of my favorite homes, of the many I've stayed at. I'll probably continue to post for awhile, and lurk longer after that. But, to my Morell-Thule brothers and sisters.... The community you have on this server is the best I've seen in my life on Norrath. Treat it well.

Further explanation, for those that asked

A series of high-expense incidents has recently walked into my life... broken down car, broken INTO car, collection agencies, school loans due, medical bills, and more... I needed money to make ends meet, so when an acquaintance of mine mentioned that he wanted to buy an EQ account, I offered mine.

I may come back to EQ in a little bit, if I miss it... but if I do, I won't be able to be a Rogue. They take too much dedication and time commitment... time I could spend making money or helping along my floundering music career.

Being a new rogue on MT I am sorry to see you go. We dont have a huge collection of good high lvl rogues <atleast from what i have seen>. Specially ones that post alot on the safe house. Im sorry to see you go.
