Pynk waves goodbye

I wish to thank all on Safehouse for showing me how to be a successful rogue.

Last night was my final night on Everquest. In that time I have played a number or characters, but it will be my rogue Pynk Panther (/grin) that I enjoyed and played the most.

She made 47th and got to Hate where she was very disillusioned afterwards.

So I'm laying to rest Pynk Panther, 47th rogue of Brell and Bten Mystwalker, 46th wizard of Brell.

Good night all my friends and I wish you all well. Perhaps I will meet you in the next game.

Nothing happened, persay.

I tried a wizard first in game and found them lacking. Then I started a rogue and loved the class.

However, I've always had the illusion that when you reach plane age the game would become more than kill a certain mob for loot or camp a certain location for experience. But the mobs are typically all the same and the killing experience becomes so repetitive.

So it comes down to EQ just isn't fun anymore. I'm not unhappy with Pynk, I think rogues rock! Just everquest wasn't fun any more. Why waste my time playing a game that stays the same from day 1?

I spent the first half of my year doing strictly quests. But quests are meaningless in Everquest.

I could just rant about the game, but I am not. It's kept me entertained for over a year. It's just gotten old.
