Is there any equivalent of the /who command?

I'm playing on Victory, and plan on eventually hanging out with more of the SH people when I get a chance.

However, it looks like I'll probably be in a guild other than The Redeemed, and I can't fit everyone onto a friends list.

Is there any equivalent of the EQ /who command? So maybe I could do who/all Redeemed and get a list of people/locations?

/whoall only works for zones (nothin serverwide that i can see)

but you cant do /whoall <blasters> or whatnot (least not that I could find)
