I signed up at the safehouse website quite a while ago and didn't get an email reply, soon after i forgot my username and password, so i decided to sign up for a new account, however, when i submitted the filled out form, it came to a screen saying "could not execute query"... so whats wrong?

also how do i access the safehouse server?

can't remember the first one, but the second one doesn't work and said could not submit query.
