How can anyone live like this? (pics)
This has nothing to do with the Hurricane. We had a resident who had an outstanding balance for over a month and no one could get ahold of her. The Bookkeeper went inside after so many tries to leave a note and this is what we found:
I really do not recommend you view the pics if you're overly squeamish or are eating or are about to eat...
been there, seen that. it gets less shocking after your third time of walking into it.

Well, that certainly makes me feel a lot better about the way my computer room is looking...
Thats a lot of cigarettes.
I like the fact that they had the ironing board out. Apparently they did take time to iron their clothes before leaving for work...
I'm a horrible slob, but that's just...

Pizza for computer time, sandwich for bed time, large drinks for anytime!
Cats litterbox in the bathroom seemed to be the cleanest place in the house.
now that's one HELLUVAH party!!!!
One day I was working on a job in a low income housing, and i knocked on he door. Before they opened the door, i smelt something funky.
Then the door opened, I smelt the most rancid thing ever.
He offered to let me in, and I looked inside, there was a thousand dog turds on the floor. The guy was walking barefoot and was tiptoeing around then like it was a normal thing to do.
I declined, and asked where the water heater was. If it was inside, I was going to leave. Fortunately it was outside.
Working on low income housing, I saw so many horrible things. So, I am glad I don't work in it anymore.
Clearly an art installation. A powerful and visceral comment on our trashheap of a society.
I am a personal fan of the discarded woman's shoe in front of the bathroom sink. Very erotic, entirely lonely.
Where can I find more from this obviously up-and-coming creator?
I bet if you flick the lights on and off real quick, you can hear the roaches scuttle. I wouldn't be surprised if that property has to be condemned.
Youd be surprised what professionals can clean up. Its gonna cost a LOT of money to fix it up, but I bet it can be cleaned up.
Depends. The amount of stainage I can see on visible surfaces is pretty bad. Lord only knows how deep some of the stuff under those mountains of crap has soaked into the wood work.

**** that noise.
Raize it, take the ashes to a hazardous waste disposal site, rebuild.
That way you know it's clean.

and I saw similar things in base housing. Every now-and-again, I'd have to go there to either get someone who was late for work or was being called back to work for whatever reason... Once, I had to go check a married couple's home. He was from a different squadron (on deployment) and she was with our squadron, and had called in saying her car broke down and if she could get a ride into work.
And oh boy, was that ever a memory i wish i could forget. The was a house not as bad as this, but there literally was no bare carpet on the first floor. just ...stuff... everywhere. A large pile of garbage bags in one corner (the smell was terrible). Visible signs of mice and roaches. She then wanted to know if, while her uniform was in the dryer, I wouldn't mind having sex.
on the floor
covered in garbage / rat crap / dead roaches
I said nothx I'll be in the car kthxbai
Oddly enough, I heard her hubby left her when he got back...

....LOL
It brings a whole new meaning to the term 'dirty girl'.
*retch*
Awesome, filthy military sex, now I have my fantasies filled up for the next week.

Wow, my place is immaculate compared to that place! I feel better now.

Yeah, Ive got some trash and some soda cans around, but nothing 5 minutes and a trash bag wouldnt fix. Mainly its books and various DVDs spread around all over the place. And my roommate thinks Im messing. I should link her this.
I clearly have been using my bad for the wrong thing all these years... Look what a great trash can it makes!...
