LDoN chest potions

Can't seem to find any info on these, can anyone who has gotten and used some of the LDoN potions you get in chests post what they do here?

I got a potion that when used gives effect 15 sta/15 str! I was overjoyed...

We got a 1 charge Illusion: Vah Shir potion last night on a Tak Normal. Forgot the name.

Had a potion that effectively gave one use of the monk ability stone stance thing (roots you and gives an 80%(ish - guessing) reduction in damage taken).

Every potion i have seen so far has been total trash. (and thats about 9 or so)

I mean really...how are those potions helpful? Is there some miracle potion i haven't seen yet?

The monk stone stance one could definitely help on uber mobs to get your healing all set up...
