Nedaria's Landing

Zone in is via Jaggedpine Forest; there is a stone building set into the wall on the eastern edge of the zone, about a third of the way from the northern edge. The two port stones (to Blackburrow and Surefall) are currently bugged to also zone into Nedaria's Landing.

The zone is an outdoors one, with great scenery. Various animals, some of which drop unusual "No Drop" items. At present, Two NPCs; Morden Rasp and Tondal Di`Xevar. Both give out no quests, but talk about a ship that will be built there.

In summary: in my opinion this is a place to watch, rather than somewhere where things are going on now.

*We* will probably not need to set sail on the ship. The characters discovering the new lands will though, and from that they can set up teleportation to/from there to facilitate easy access.

The normal zone in from Jaggedpine is also operational. No need to use the bugged stones though they are faster.

The zone for Ned's Landing can be found across the river on the eastern edge of the Jaggedpine map. About the center.

I went there and I went LD twice while there, and not the "You have been disconnected" but rather just a complete shutdown of EQ straight to desktop...I have never had this problem before in any zone...Oh well, it is still a pretty neat zone...

They just added a Teleport Nedaria to the spell database on test, same 'form' as the wayfarer ports, so expect to be able to say "Nedaria" to a magus and get there soon.

Whatever they did to Nedaria's its a bit annoying to get out of the zone now. If you use the same crystal you used to zap in from Surefall Glades, it will take you to Nedaria's when you try to exit. I've had to use the Blackburrow crystal to zone out of JP the last few days.
