View Full Version : Worth it?
I know this is all opinion based, but so far, do you feel the game is worth it? I missed out on the release as my wife and I were in Germany celebrating the holidays. I don't currently have an MMO as CoX slowly drained away, so I am kind of looking for a new timesink.
Yes, I like Star Wars. Yes, I liked KotOR. That's all meaningless if the game itself sucks.
Opinions?
I like it (though I've been sick for the past few days so haven't played it as much as I'd like). It's a straight cross between KotOR and a MMOG; it's nothing revolutionary (unless you consider all the voice acting 'revolutionary') but I'm finding it enjoyable enough that I went with the six month subscription.

It might be worth it for a playthrough to see a class story (small part of the overall game unfortunately) for the KOTOR-ish experience, and I think it feels like a bit more of a Star Wars game than SWG did.
On the other hand, if you have any burnout of general themepark MMO gameplay (run from quest hub to quest hub repeating the same quests with different names, but this time voice acted) then I wouldn't recommend it.
