My boyfriend described it as a game in which the Ogre is a massively giant tank that's going to kill everyone if you don't stop it. You're not likely to succeed, but you keep playing, trying new tactics and seeing how much farther you get than last time. Sort of a Kobayshi Maru scenario, except that there is a slim chance you might just save the world.
