Ok, I know my guildies who missed out on AD the other night can be zoned into help us kill MM based on the 85% rule.
What I dont know is can someone who missed a trial, say nomads, be 85% into the MM fight? What if they are missing the MM and a HOH trial?
What we are trying to avoid is prepping for a raid, ala Bert, and someone not having their "key," ala Caprin cycle, to get into the zone

If I remember correctly, Bert is one of the encounters that allows no piggybacking whatsoever (i.e. everyone has to be flagged from the Caprin cycle).

As to MM, you should be able to PB people into the zone as long as you follow the 85% rule.

Follow the 85% rule, and be aware thet it is extremely buggy. Sometimes it works right, other times with a raid of 60 we can only get 2 in. Once I got about 15 in.

Technically you shouldn't be able to get any more than 10 in, with 62 flagged an 10 not. Don't be suprised if you don't get all 10 in though.

Try waiting a min after the flagged people zone in. We were gimping in some people for the rallos flag, and they couldnt zone in immediately. A minute later, despite the raid force not changing, they could zone in.

We found the best way to get people in the fastest was to do the following:

All flagged zone in and form the raid. One person, designated as a group leader, zones out and invites one person to the raid, and waits until they zone in. This person does *not* leave the raid once inside HoHb, although they may have to drop their group if you are bringing in more then 5. This is repeated until no more unflagged can zone in. This should enable the max allowable for your raid size to be included every time.

Hope this helps.

seems like raids get broken when stuff like people leave or join the raid while someone is in the middle of zoning, so we do what the above poster said to do, have 1 person zone out to add people after the raid is formed & it seems to work well most of the time.

Yes it seems that the best way is to have no unflagged join the raid until all the the flagged have zoned in first. We once had huge problems with this when trying to get unflagged in to terris. We had to have everyone zone out and disband the raid and reform it.

as far as the 15% goes it doesn't matter what other flags they may or may not have. Either they have this particular flag and can get in on thier own or they don't. If they don't it doesn't matter if they have every other pop flag or if it's thier first time in a pop zone.

In this case things are a little wierd because you need AD + all three trials to zone into HoHb but only need 3 trials plus marr for planar progression.

Lower CoD, Plane of Earth b, and Bastion of thunder (until they put in the level flags) Are unique in that they appear on your keyring, not as flags. Those 3 and the plane of time are the only ones where you cannot use a raid flag to get people in.

You can 15% into bot.

BoT is a key and a flag at the same time. Wierd but true. So you can 15% in.

Have the 62 flagged/keyed inside and wait a minute or two while the server updates the raid's flag %. Eventually it'll count everyone correctly and the 10 can zone in.

We use this strategy also and it works fairly well. But after awhile with dieing/rezzing, flagged people leaving/arriving, unflagged leaving/arriving the raid gets bugged so suddently less than 15% unflagged can be in the zone. When that happens we found it can sometimes help to change the raidleader, it seems to "refresh" the raid somehow, and 1-3 min later some more unflagged can zone in filling up the 15%. This does not always work but its worth a shot.
