Vilinus the small

How do I spawn him? I've been trying for a bit and the most comprehensive site for the rogue epic is down. Also how do I go about doing the MQ? My friend hands in the kedge, then I hand in the other robes one by one? Or all together?

Just did a MQ Kedge yesterday for someone.

To spawn him, wait until there is "a Brigand" on the hill peak near the bandit camp (he doesnt move unless its to attack mobs) - loc I THINK was about p350, n6700 ?
Im told that the brigand also has a place holder of a bandit that will not depop for vilinus (The Brigand respawn timer seems to be very long, perhaps over a hour, so its possible no mob will be up when you go there.)

The Brigand despawns at 8pm game time and vilinus spawns at 10pm game time.

Vilinus was Indiff to me (im utterly kos to regular bandits & his place holder)


To MQ, first have the person with the kedge robe to turn in and click trade (then step away), vilinus will emote something along the lines - "vilinus seems to be expecting more"
Then you turn in the other 3 robes, can do them 1 a time, or all 3 together, it shouldnt matter, just as long as he had the kedge robe first. Edited by: Zaph 0dd at: 12/21/03 4:36 pm

the respawn on that spot is like 2 hours. When the two hours since whatever exping newbie killed it expire, it will return to the spawn/despawn cycle described above. So if it is daytime, it will spawn the brigand first. Don't kill it, or you will be waiting 2 more hours.

The Brigand is and always has been a red herring as far as I am concerned. I killed him (and everyone else in the area) when I was doing the quest back when and VtS spawned quite happily sometime after dark.

Back when I was working on faction he spawned in place of the Brigand several times when I had killed all those bandits. He makes a pretty nice DC pet, or did back then. (Was playing my chanter)
