oh it's real :-)
They just cut it back on a read file actually. It used to have no recast time, last 20 minutes and you can cast without stealth dropping.
Now I believe they made it 3 sec casting time, lasts five minutes and is on a 15 minute recast timer
The old version would break if you moved.....so I wonder if that still applies or not

I belive the caster of the spell can move but no one else.

Any stealth class in the group can move freely at any time. Currently it's bugged to where: 1) the timer does not expire, so you stay stealthed indefinitely; 2) Anyone in the group can gain the ability to move stealthed; and 3) It can be cast immediately after combat, creating a Vanish RA effect.
I'm not using it atm, WAY too easily exploited. Restless, 4L8 SB, Mid/Iseult
