Oi agree currently Safefall 3 is all ya need.
Oi agree Oim only training to L39 and items RP/s the rest.

But... this new underworld... the one with pits and valleys and cliffs and stone bridges (Shades of LOTR)...

Isn't it at possible Safe Fall 4 may be handy "down there"?

Anything is possible and given enough time probable.

Personally the debate of going to 39 versus 40 stealth is funny. 40 points isn't going to drasticly affect your character. Do what you want.

I wouldn't be too surprised if safe fall gets nerfed just so safe fall 4 has more value.
