Newb question:

I have heard that if you get extra points from items and realm ranks, you can use poisons higher level than your natural spec would allow. What about other abilities?

Will realm ranks/items allow me to use CS styles higher than my natural CS spec?

Will they give me the higher safe fall abilities?

IMO, this is what current info/consensus suggests:

--Theoretically, you can have (+11 in items buff *BY LVL 50)+(+10 in realm rank 11 buffs) equalling +21 to a given spec. But given the changing nerfs, who knows if this is worth risking.
--With poisons, YES, you can use 12th lvl poison if you are speced 10+2 in envenom.
--With CS, weap, or stealth, you do NOT gain higher styles/abilities than your base skill allows. So no higher safe fall than your base allows.
