Okay, some folks on this forum say you can get up to +10 on skills from realm rank 11. Others seem to suggest you only get a total of +1 from highest realm ranks. What's the truth?

Since we're on the topic of Realm Ranks and bonuses heres my 2 copper on it.
Realm Rank 2 is far to easily attained. It took me all of about 8 days playing a lvl 31 infil in the BG. 8 days and I get +1 to all my specs?? To me that seems like a pretty big reward for being such a low level player. I'd much rather see Rank 2 pushed to somewhere around 15k RP or leave it where it is, and when you hit Rank 2 you can choose a couple of specs to increase by 1.
