If there is a better board for this to be at, please direct me to it. I was just wondering, what is a good solid template for a Scout at 50. I figured 50 Bow is a given, but I want to know how high to take Stealth, and a weapon/shield. Thanks.

Though Scouts are rogues, this community concentrates on the assassins.
You should try Crit Shot for archer questions.

Stealth no higher than 35.
Max bow, shield to 42 for slam.
Balance weapon.
