I'm considering a final template of:
45 stealth (easily modified to 50)
34 pierce (easily modified to 40+)
40 envenom (with realm rank bonus and items, should get 50) 39 critical strike (may not reach 50 with items, ,but close)
07 Celtic dual - leftover points.
This template has zero wasted points with stealth autotrained at level 8.
My progression will be as follows:

Basically, through my advancement, I plan to keep pierce at roughly 60-65% of my level, with CS at roughly 80% of my level.
Though envenom is kinda low to start with, I at least get access to a some lower level poisons for use in the BGs, and getting the strt/con debuff in time for going to the "real" RvR.
Any suggestions or advice?
