A couple newb questions

1- Do Rogues get Triple Attack? A Search made me learn Monks get it (eh?), and I remember talk about warriors landing a triple attack once every month or two. What about rogues?

2- I've noticed I rarely ever see cat rogues. Any reason (beside stats), or just happenstance?

3- Are backstabs affected by haste?

2- Rogues have gotten less and less popular since Kunark where they peaked. Could be a reason.
