I have a Halfling rogue who I love to play. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to lock your view (while in first person viewpoint) so that you are looking slightly up, rather than straight ahead? It is becomming annoying having to look up at giant's head's so often, to see which one is my target (when multiple mobs are in camp and mezzed). I even have this issue when I use my masks, but it isnt so bad.
I find I have a tendancy to physically look up while playing, and it is starting to give me a pain in the neck, hehe.

you mean other than the obvious - stop playing an inferior race, right?

you can pan the camera up or down with the page up an page down keys OR by holding the right mouse button and moving the mouse up or down (like strafing). however, by "locking" the view i think you mean so that it returns to that angle when you hit the 5 key or the botton to return to the home position? if that is the case, then no. there is no way to change the home position that it returns to. it will always be even with the horizon.

For multiple targets in camp, nothing beats assist.
For a confirmation you stay with the mob you are on, there is that new targting circle effect on the floor.
No need to look at giants heads anymore.

f9 once then find your keys for pan up and pan down. They changed it to be less sensitive to mouse movements though long ago much to my annoyance. Wish you could up the mouse sensitivity for the first camera view. If you could I would be in it 24/7.
