weapon question.
Should I go Wicked Shank/Ragebringer, Wicked Shank/Great Blade of Storms with Woven Shim Choker, or Ragebringer/Great Blade of Storms. Please don't let the DoT on the Shank sway you. I have never had a problem with it so it's still a fine weapon to me. Pantheons"Classes are not that out of balance" --AbsorEQ

/agree with Dubbo.
Shank/Epic.
No matter how much haste you have, the 40 atk on epic is hard thing to give up until you're near Time-level and can truly "cap out" your raw atk. Haste comes too easy with Bards and Chanters these days to rely on that being the key factor anymore. Not to mention the stats on epic in general make it a good thing to keep equipped anyways.

Parse them both. Its not hard to download one and check it after each night or even between battles.
It really is situational and can depend on a few factors as to which combo is better, how high your buffed attack is at the time, where you are fighting (mobs ac/mitigation). 14/18 is certianly a good enough ratio to bag epic in most situations with the proper haste if you wish to do so.
For example, I think you will find the WS/GBoS will out parse by a decent amount in most xp places in PoP, but may fall behind in Ssra and boss mobs with high ac. Marauder Snowblind, Barbarian Deceiver
