How to use a weighted axe in PvP

The same way it is good in P v E. If you have sow on, you can get your first attack in, then stay out of constant range, then get back in range right when the axe is going to swing again. I believe this is called jousting.

Aye use it jousting...see thread about jousting in this forum.

Basically ye time your hits with the weapon. Then when ye get close enough for your opponent to swing at ye, ye get more damage per encounter than he/she will (if they have a lower damage weapon). Fricka of the Vallon Zek Shanks

[b]Yea grim kinda said what i was going to say. Jousting does not work too well against an expierenced PvP'er when you run away to refresh they will chase you :0P
Weighted axe is a good battle opener and GREAT if you find someone you can joust
