best 2 person combo?

Me an my old man will be playing a 2 person team of some sort on the new server, thoughts on best all around team for some buttkicking, no good guy combos please, evil or neutral only, and id like it if they were kinda close toghether (no erudin and gfay, for example). We are currently considering a troll sk/troll shammy, but are open to advice :) Bauldor Overnover

Two wizards.

Raw powerhouses of quick and efficient damage. The path is a hard one though PvE, but two wizards coupled together are about three times as deadly as a single wizard PvP. Unchallenged direct damage spells, as well as rains. Pure unrivaled duo.

i would go for wizard + ench, abililty to blind and mes opponent owns for getting loot(or money on this silly server) and if u time it right, your next mes lands just after you big nuke hits so they never regain control of their char

Wizard / Necro (post 50)

Dont forget Necros can Mez as well. In addition they can play healer in a pinch for the wizard, they have a pet which can seem almost godly at all the wrong times, and they have buffs that are in line with many of the Cleric buffs and resists you would find in the mid to high 40's.

A 60 Wizard and 60 Necro would reign supreme IMHO.

The more I think of it, the more I see that a conventionally good pair, such as shaman+most classes, will not cut it unless they can do massive damage quickly, because instead of the long battles that take place on other P v P servers, ganking will be the call of the day. Invisible ganking while fighting, ganking while at one bubble health, etc.

Dunno about the 2 wizard thing wizards can go down fast I think enc + shaman personally any pair no matter what if tash takes em down to the point where malo can stick they will be done. Tash malo mez one wizard kill the other then move on to the next. Also there is the slight issue of people gating or fleeing. People who with mr knocked down to nil will have a harder time running.

Well, 2 wizards is still the best for quick raw damage. I'm talking about situations where they are not expecting it, you walk in invis, the pair of you unload two nukes, loot the corpse and walk away, and the guy's group didn't even know he died yet.

The most lethal pvp combo i ever saw was a 55 wizard and a 55 enchanter(unresistable mez). They had it timed so that by the time ice comet landed, you had .2 seconds to be un-mezzed =P. This would work really well on the new server also - since nobody has enough MR to deal with tash.

Even worse: blind them haha then when I pop back at the bind point they finally know how you did it hehe.
