Seen it a couple of times listed as an ingredient available for sale - but what the heck is it used for? I cannot seem to find any actual recipes using it.

i just checked old world list there is no poisons that use Popper Ivy. Silly question, anyone tried combining with sulfer?

ivory poppy is used in Mages bane 4. is this what you are talking about?

That could be it. I notice that Ivory Poppy has no listed price in FV and it's just a small typo (considering what passes for English nowadays) from there to Popper Ivy that does have a price and also sells in FV. Anybody been there recently that can confirm which one is actually sold for 24 gold?

It's a typo. I checked it out. Just a multi-listed misspelled component. Should be Ivory Poppy at ~2pp per I think.
