Weird Brak Daggermist

I went to FV after 12/12/2002 patch to buy some Creeper Ivy to do Renux box of poison quest.
I noticed something very strange : Brak Daggermist prices fluctuations over time ...
At beginning I was rebuying SOS potions for 16pp and selling them for 14,9 pp ... Now I rebuy them 21pp and sell them 11,4pp ... Even If I log severals hours, price still goes down.
This not only apply with SOS potions, but with everything I try to sell/buy to Brak Daggermist.
Do you think it's a bug, or a new feature with no sense ?

Standart merchant code. All merhants will do this over time if they buy more than they sell.

Ok, I saw this guy on a list for poison vendors( kikyara.tripod.com/mercha...hants.html ) , but it doesn't list his loc and whatnot. I made the assumption he's in Thurg. How do i find him, and do you have a loc as well?

nip that guy is in DC he is on the island striaght across form the entrace of unrest. You will see him on top. You have to swim to the island.

(I re-looked it up. Brak is the Firiona Vie wood elf NPC.)

The guy I need is Hakon Brightsteel and he is definitely a velious dorf, from the picture she posted.

Any clues about that one? I visited the Thurg rogue's guild, and he's not there. No secret walls, either. i could just run to CC and check it out, but if you know for sure where to find him, that would be ever more helpful, and I wouldn't have to run my lazy behind over there.
