Where can i find creeper ivy???

Vendor in FV disappeared. I've been waiting for him for 3 days now and he's still not poped.
Is there another NPC where i can get creeper ivy from? was told about one in PoK, but i dont know where he is.

I found Creeper Ivy at the Dark Elf venders in PoK (Loren Thu'leth -112, 1407) and also a wood elf vender in FV (Brak Daggermist - 3660, 2350). They kinda look like a bag of fries
