Kedge Robe MQ question, please

Hi all,

MY rogue is 42 and I am agressively leveling him. I helped a guildy (with my alt) in KK for his Bard epic. The Bard looted the Kedge robe and is holding it to MQ to my Rogue.

What do I need to know about this MQ ? I have failed half my MQ's, usually with Thurg armor.

What level do both of us need to be. What faction do we need with Vilinus the Small ?

If I understand correctly, he gives the Robe, then I give the rest correct ?

Don't MQ it until both of you are 51+... Don't kill Vilinus's placeholder (a brigand) either... Wait for him to despawn, and Vilinus will respawn... If you kill the placeholder you have to wait a long while for spawns again...

Don't worry about Vilinus's faction he's indifferent to everyone... A brigand is on the same bandit faction as the rest of the bandits in the area so if he sees you he'll prob agro on you. If he does, don't kill him... zone... If he's killed Vilinus will skip is spawn time and you'll have to wait awhile.

As always don't hand in the items if either of you have agro with anything your screwed... Have the bard hand in the robe, then immediatley hand in the other three.

Wait until your both 51 to mq it... Some people say you can do it at 50 but I wouldn't take the chance...

Rogue epic is doable using only the original everquest. This includes being level 50, you do not have to wait till 51.

But yes with multiquest whoever hands in the last item gets reward. With some multies you might get messed up if someone has already handed in some items befeor you start your MQ. However Villinius will just have spawned so you wont get that problem.

Actually I checked paladin epic it doesn't seem to need something from kunark either but all others do. Edited by: Lindianae at: 8/10/03 4:24 pm
