I think it's pretty cool, but even if you know how to land into a roll correctly, that's still gotta be tough on your joints ;P

There was a similar video posted a while ago with this guy who was super bouncy.
He would run around flipping alot. Part of the video involved him flipping and kicking a soccer ball 50000 feet straight up. Anyone remember this video?

very similar to those french 'free running' guys, they did some crazy stunts across london last summer
