View Full Version : The oddest thing that has ever happened to me to date...

Some of you may remember a rant I posted about 4 months back about a non english speaking teacher and me failing his class.


So I retook his class, passed with an A, very old news. I have not been in one of his classes in 4 months now, so I get a call today:

"Hello may I speak to [My mothers name]" My mother is my emergency conntact number, and she helped me get a loan for school, thats about the level of her involment in my schooling.

I tell the caller that she is out of town and I can give him the number of her cellphone. As I'm looking up her number I ask if this is indeed Mr. Nushin, he has a very distinct accent so it is very easy to pick out.

"Ye...Yes this is him"

"Hello this is Zack, can I ask what this is about?"

*Click*

WTF!

Now im just very very very very very cofused as to what the hell is going on. I called him right back and left a message on his voicemail, so far he has not returned my call, I will go find him tomrow and find out what the hell this is all about. Edited by: Mrens at: 3/23/04 6:27 pm

Perhaps your mom has more involvement in your school work than you know about. Maybe you didn't "earn" that A. *wink wink nudge nudge*

I talked to Mr. Nushin, and he denies emphaticly that it was him on the phone.

I would like to stress the point again that he has a VERY distinct accent and pitch of his voice, and I am almost positive it was him.

So he is lying to me or I was mistaken about the voice.

Ohh yes all of the "Your mother" jokes, it's would be so unbelivebly off the wall that it could happen in any way that it's not worth commenting on.

Can you check the phone records... caller ID.... and have you asked your mom?
