I like psy-trance and goa, but I'm really having trouble finding more to listen to since I'm not into any sort of club scene. Anyone have highly recommended artists? Thanks.

My current playlist consists of Miranda, Logic Bomb, Infected Mushroom, Etnica, Crop Circles, GMS, and Skazi.

(FFS, don't recommend Crystal Method or Chemical Brothers or Darude or DJ Tiesto)

(and thanks to Minoltawhatever for that Basement Jaxx suggestion. Siouxie gives me butterflies) Edited by: Kelthana at: 3/26/04 2:42 pm

The Cynic Project - very mellow, smooth songs
Scooter - rock/techno. People seem to either love or hate them
Sash
Robert Miles - you'll probably recognize a few of his, very laid back
ATB
Orbital - you've heard of them I'm sure
DJ Sammy - If you like his Heaven remix at all you'll probably like the rest of his stuff
Daft Punk - doesn't always flow real well, but nice if you want something different
Ian van Dahl - look for "Castles in the Sky"

I've also got a lot of Kylie Minogue remixes that turned out quite nicely (even if the original song was so-so which a lot of them are) -- they're not too hard to find.

Depending on the style you're looking for (I'm not familiar with the lingo), you may want to try

Thievery Corporation
Royksopp
Zero 7

Thanks, guys.

I have some Hybrid(and about half of the other names), but they're a little too ethereal for my taste. Looking into some of the others.

Well it's not a suggestion or anything but, for anyone remotely interested in electronic music (or even if you're not). Check out this site, it's pretty cool.

Goldfrapp, Primal Scream. The only electronic music I listen to. Mostly I regard it as crap =D
Currently known as Bagheera in Savage and Day of Defeat
