a friend of mine has his usual list of anime that he has been downloading from over seas, until recently, when his ISP asked him to stop.

Any other recommended means to get his anime fix besides a torrent?

I guess if they don't like him downloading stuff, then he would have to go for the streaming option. Certainly worse quality. That your changing isp's.
