Some of the earlier Amazon customer reviews for that book were priceless.
I can't give exact numbers on how many we shipped, but let's say it was the only thing coming and going at a speed that matched D3 boxes. It was somewhat depressing.
Deflagration - Ungiggity - Jointpaper - Pö - Proctologist - Fantastical - Pandarica WoW - L a s t R i t e s - Firetree Too many to play, too little time to do it.
My friend randomly picked it up at B&N the other night to see what it was about and started to read lines from it. We couldnt stop ourselves from laughing. "The submissive must be willing to submit to bondage by ropes, handcuffs, manacles and other" We still arent sure what "other" is.
Also, how did I not know that Drole worked for Amazon?

Part of an Amazon review:
And oh, the repetition...and the repetition...and the repetition. I'm convinced the author has a computer macro that she hits to insert one of her limited repertoire of facial expressions whenever she needs one. According to my Kindle search function, characters roll their eyes 41 times, Ana bites her lip 35 times, Christian's lips "quirk up" 16 times, Christian "cocks his head to one side" 17 times, characters "purse" their lips 15 times, and characters raise their eyebrows a whopping 50 times. Add to that 80 references to Ana's anthropomorphic "subconscious" (which also rolls its eyes and purses its lips, by the way), 58 references to Ana's "inner goddess," and 92 repetitions of Ana saying some form of "oh crap" (which, depending on the severity of the circumstances, can be intensified to "holy crap," "double crap," or the ultimate "triple crap"). And this is only part one of a trilogy...
If I wrote like that, I'd use a pseudonym too.
To be fair, while listening to A Game of Thrones, I wondered how many times the words "boiled leather" appeared in it, trying to search through the e-book was too much of a pain in the ass (I use some e-book reader plugin for FF).
Top so true. We can just assume unless told otherwise that whoever just walked into the room is wearing boiled leather.
In the five minutes of reading "50 Shades" I did over my girlfriend's shoulder I had to start laughing because the guy (Grey I guess?) did like five things "gracefully".

Actually... I used to. It was nothing special really, I just worked for one of the FC Warehouses. I'm presently waiting to hear back from my county for a job either working behind a desk for the DoC or 911 dispatch.
To be honest the Amazon job wasn't bad, but it was 55 miles away from my house and the drive was crushing my soul. Well, filling up my gas tank every couple of days was crushing my soul.

Apparently he can't get out of cars gracefully; she uses the phrase "clamber" to describe the characters getting into/out of things 21 times. The definition of clamber, "to climb awkwardly (as by scrambling) <clambered over the rocks>."
What the **** is wrong with you that you need to CLAMBER out of a car or a front door?

I'm 6'6" and my wife had a Geo Metro when I met her. I used to clamber in and out of that thing quite often.
