I have any number of friends, family members, acquaintances who struggle in this area, and am really just choosing one at random to pick on, but are people like this functioning in the world? Here is an exact duplication of a text conversation with a friend:

And nothing ever came, by the way - and after the spelling and punctuation abominations committed in our exchange, I don't honestly expect anything to ever show up.
