Ok, been looking at aquiring a wireless bridge for my network. Unforently they're a bit more then i'm willing to pay for at this time.

I vaguley recall though the ability to turn a wireless router into a bridge by disabling dhcp on the router or something close to that. Is this a sound theory or was I having a odd dream last night about it?

A bridge and a router are 2 entirely different things. However they both allow you to connect together 2 separate lans. I assume this is what you want to do. A bridge can connect networks with the same IP subnet while a router connects networks with different subnets.

DHCP has nothing to do with bridge or router functions its just something that has been built in for convience.

Well i went out and talked to a "Network specialist" That reminded me of someones rant.

Aparently running two of the belkin 802.1g models allow for pairing up two to go wireless back to ethernet. But the 802.1b models don't have this feature. Nor can you use a 802.1G router as a bridge back to ethernet on a 802.1b wireless network.
