Ok, working night shift again this week ( I'm sooo lucky, hehee) , I headed to Starbuck's before work. It's less than a mile away and I needed some yummy coffee to keep me alert tonight. BTW, Royal Cup coffee needs to be drethroned, gah that stuff is horrible.
I saw and purchased their After Coffee chewing gum. Wowza, is it good! I got the cinnamon flavor and it's super! I like Altoids - cinnamon only, so I figured this would be a safe bet. I'm mightly impressed.
So, what are you chewing?
Also - black licorice made by Panda, you gotta try it. Very good flavor.
There is a cheapo asian import (can't remember the name offhand) that is ginger flavored. The stuff is awesome. I know it sounds like a Seinfeld episode, but it really is good.
They called me their hero, The Hero of Man. But why should we save them
when they stand for nothing? If they deserve life, LET THEM STAND FOR THEMSELVES.
We've given everything we can. There are no heroes left in man.
They'll watch you die to save their lives. They will not stand here by your side.
EDIT: Was just thinking this morning as I was chewing a piece: "what does this remind me of?"
Basically it's the sort of mint flavor that you'd find mixed with chocolate, or in those white pasty mints that you get at the Chinese restaurant or diner.

I must say that green apple gum is the most disgusting thing I've ever tried... then again I've noticed you either love it or you hate it, there is no middle ground with that gum :P.
Juicy Fruit~ if only it would last more than 5 minutes =/
Anyone remember the gum that they marketed as a "thirst quenching gum"? I dont remember the name of it but the local Foot Locker and other athletic stores carried it.

Juicy Fruit tastes good, but as you mentioned it doesn't last long - oh, and in case no one else felt like mentioning it, it gives you bad breath too. Sorry man
That "thirst quenching gum" sounds a lot like Gatorade, which has always been marketed as thrist quenching, and I am pretty sure there was gatorade gum.
I likes that Zebra Stripe gum or Life-Saver gum...it was really colorful and smelled great. I cannot seem to find it though.
i just noticed on the site they have a new vanilla flavour too. anyone tried it? i love vanilla, but i dont know if it'd work in a gum.
ps. the vanilla flavour is, in a word, disappointing.
almost no vanilla flavour at all (aside from about a 1 second taste when it first hits your tongue), and then a really weak mint flavour that doesnt last very long.
Actually, the Dentyne Vanilla Ice (?) is pretty good - it's mint with a subtle vanilla undertone. Good for those of us who don't like big vanilla hit (like Vanilla Coke)

but what are you talking about, vanilla coke is the best drink ever invented.
i found the "vanilla undertone" in the gum to be so subtle as to pass completely out of existance.
