Has anyone purchased from these guys? I've been recommended Parallax and Jameco for my microprocessing needs but the Iguana Labs starter kit seems a much better value than the Parallax one. I'd rather not go in the face of recommendations on a subject i really know little about, but I thought I'd gather some more opinions before i made a move.

Are you just looking to learn or do you have projects in mind for microcontrollers? I'm curious how people tinker in their own homes with stuff like this

Given enough time, everything will eventually begin to suck.

Both. The starter kit came with quite a bit of stuff that I could branch out on my own with or simply follow the tutorials on their site, or on the web in general.

HowStuffWorks has a cool article on microcontrollers if you're interested.
