Stroker & Hoop

What are people's thoughts on Stroker & Hoop? It comes on the Cartoon Network Adult swim on Sunday nights, for those not familiar with it.

The idea has potential. It features Stroker, a super-macho moron, and Hoop, an effeminate moron, who are private detectives. They have a talking car reminescent of KITT from Knight Rider, but the car isn't too bright either. They investigate ridiculous and unimportant cases.

It seems like the creators forgot to hire any writers. The dialogue isn't particularly funny, and it seems like they've already used up every well-known cliche from previous detective shows. None of the voice acting stands out. Compared to Stroker and Hoop, Tom Goes to the Mayor suddenly seems really funny.

I will give it some credit though, it doesn't suck quite as much ass as Super Milk Chan.

The drawing style doesn't appeal to me so never watched it. The promos weren't any good either. I can't imagine it being worse than Tom Goes to the Mayor. These American animated shows are a huge let down. The only ones I liked have been ATHF which I thought was stupid at first but eventually grew on me, Venture because I get a kick out of Dr. Girlfriend, and Sealab for some unknown reason.

The promos look awful. I'll do my best to avoid watching it.

The art style is teh suck, and so far I haven't laughed at anything I saw. No real big shocker for me though, I didn't think ti was going to do very hot once I saw the inital trailers. Sort of like 12 oz. Mouse.

PS- I'm so pleased to see Hypno-Kitty has returned to us.

Yah, I randomly found the picture again. Of course, I was looking for my Real American Hero sig, that made "injijo" look like GI joe. I couldnt find it though. Bringing back the kitten is nice though.
Oh, and it's "Bionic Time Kitten".

I've watched a few episodes of Stroker and Hoop and I think it's pretty craptastic, at least compared to the rest of Adult Swim.

I've met "Speed" Levitch and think he came off as an arrogant twit so if it fails I will be happy. Guess i'm biased.
