Efficiency? That is not efficiency. That is exactly the opposite. Efficiency would be finding the best load time to processor/ram amount combination.

For example: 2 minute load time on a 1ghz machine with 256 ram is more efficient than a 1 minute load time on a 3ghz machine with 1gb of ram. See?
