Damn, figures you posted this link after I spent an hour hunting for it myself.

levels only reach 40 right now. Expected to go to 50 on first major content upgrade which is targeting end of this month/mid june timeframe.

lvl 40 is the max right now , lvl 40-50 is a work in progress....only thing I don't like about the release.

Ah, my bad. I was under the impression that there would be 50 levels to start with

Judging from your reactions I'd assume it was in beta but didn't make it to release.

Edit: Btw, on the power box in the Hero Planner, what does "Act" mean?

activation time, interuptables have longer, etc.

No, it's the amount of time it takes for the animation to run. It's doesn't include interruptable-power charge time unless sniper shots really do take 1.9 seconds to fire
