This is a build only for the PvE.

What do you think about that ? I m full T2 with dragonfang blade, Nefa ring, AQ ring and neck... for 1060 ap around.

You wont be eviscerating in a raid, ever, unless its the last 5 seconds of the boss fight and you have 5 cp built up, which adding 15% more damage too is basically nothing.
