Good stuff. I wrote up a short review of the new rogue talents and how I like/dislike them at that link. Overall the Sub tree got some great things, and the Assass/Combat trees look a bit lackluster at the high end.

the surprise attack 41 point combat talent is actually a dps nerf.

If you are referring to the 41pt Talent for Assassination (Mutilate) It may be a little bit less dmg front end because it doesnt say anything about bonus dmg but... It als rewards 2 combo points instead of 1 so the trade off is faster combo point generation.

I actually like the new spells and talents... It will give more of a reason to use poisons besides just Instant and Crippling because with Shiv you can instantly have whatever offhand poison you use applied to the target and than if it is a duration poison Mutilate will get a +30% crit chance.

That makes me want to lvl my shaman up to 60, and push even harder on my warlock. I think they could really do some neat things with shamans, making them concentrate on both elemental and melee weapon, especially with their weapon buffs, and now DW.

I can see them finally getting to break into their own unique class (though its obviously a DPS class now) rather than try and be a paladin.
