phpBB Hover over Topic Question

Over at Vanguard's forums when you hover over a post, instead of showing a link to the post it shows the actual text in the first post.
They use vbulletin, I was wondering if there was a way to emulate this with phpBB.

I know there is a mod for vBulliten that does this, they use it over at TSW, I don't recall ever seeing the same mod for phpBB.
