What the heck is going on with the girl's stomach in the second picture? I can't tell if she has lots of ab muscle covered by some fat, or some seriously weird fat storage.

That's actually a perfectly normal shape for the human stomach/abs in profile view. Granted it is a little bit more pronounced than may be normal but it's nothing wierd.
Yeah, I know what Aidden and Glip and Fricka look like, come on, I could recognize them from like across Times Square. Been oversaturated with their photos (don't it feel good to be a gangsta, Glip?).
I think the only "problem" with that girls stomach is she's turning so much in the picture. Compare teh position of her legs to that of her chest
