on my folks computer every few minutes the computer will freezeup show an hourglass for about 30 - 45 seconds then come back to life.
I especially notice this when I'm browsing .. it'll useally load 99.9% of a page... I can see the whole thing but can't click on it till the hourglass goes away and then it catches up to every scroll and click I did.
I don't see anything major when I have the system manager open.
not many programs in the startup on msconfig and nothing that looks out of the ordinary..
