The sun was going down on the distance, signaling the coming of dawn

But now all that was in ruins, between the defias bandits raids and the wild animals attacks
Most farms were completely destroyed, some of them still had parts useable but it had mechanical scarecrows which didn't protect the farm from birds as everyone would expect scarecrows to function, but their main objective was to stop humans from using the farms for any good.

so while the dawn shift was taking its positions they start to hear horse galloping in the distance , they take defensive positions , although only alliance have horses and use them , some horde had undead horses which could be disguised to sound like lively horses used by the alliance , but then they saw the shine of the armor clearly visible in the distance, and when the armored horse and rider get close to village he was clearly a human paladin , so they continued their guard duty and let the rider pass them , he get into village inn , a house with broken roof , the armored rider get off his horse and with a wave of his hand the horse disappear , its a paladin then the people start whispering , he doesn't pay them any attention , he is lost in his thoughts looking at the roof of the inn , then he sign and move inside , he look at the inn keeper and says ; “ seen any female human rogue passing by here ? , she is supposed to be staying the night here “ the inn keeper look at him and says “Many female rogues pass by here noble paladin, and most stay the nigh, but please give more description to jog my memory “
the paladin stroke his beard with his hand then raise it “ about this height , wears a brown tabard , with a crescent symbol on it , wears a red defias mask “ the inn keeper replay “ no , sadly I don't remember one like it “ then one of the lumberjacks in the inn shout “ if ye be looking for huda , the lass went to the old town with the defias traitor “
The paladin looks at the lumberjack and says “yep that’s her, can't wait for help “
he look at the inn keeper and ask “ by the way got some flint and tender “ , 20 silver sir , she replay " a silver and 20 copper " , “ same price as always “ he pick up some and toss the coins to her And get out, but then he turn to her “and fix that damn roof, get a better carpenter, I don’t think u can find a slower one than the guy you are using now “
Then he waved his hand and started chanting , and just like before a horse appear out of thin air and the paladin mount it and start going outside of Sentinel hill

After a bit of galloping he reaches his target, an abandoned small village called Moonbrooks
He spot what seem like a brawl, a female with a sword and a mace having a go at another female with staff And he thinks to him “I think some mud and some keg of Thunderbrew Lager would go nicely here , UTHER LIGHT, what I’m thinking! I better help this maiden! “
He dismount of his horse and wave making it go away , then he check on the female with daggers , then he notice her face and says to her “ you need help with that ? “ The rogue look at him and then parry a staff swing from the Defias Conjurer and answer “I wouldn’t mind a swing from you “, the paladin take out his sword, a huge on with a hilt decorated with dragon head, take a look at it, and a look at the Defias Conjurer and let out a small sigh, then take it back, start chanting and suddenly he let out a holy shock that strike the Conjurer and kill It.

The Female rogue , check the Conjurer corpse , and pick up some copper from it , then look up to the paladin and says “ what took you so long to get here ? “ the paladin answers while swinging his sword and flexing his arm reply “ well we said we going to meet at the inn in sentinel hills , you had to start alone , every damn rouge like that “ , “ its ROGUE , you idiot “
Without looking back at her he answer “well you have a red cheek and missing daggers, rouge is more suitable for you huda “and lets out a big laugh
Huda stare at him angrily “ again with the dagger thing , you know what shehab , you’re a blacksmith , make me some good ones , or you know what , make some epic ones , oh wait , you are a cheep & poor and can’t make epic daggers “ , “Oh low blow “ answer shehab, he continue “anyway, did the traitor point you to the defias hideout? ",
“You know where it is? “ , and shehab replied while taking another weapon from his bag “oh yeah many moons ago, I even killed their leader and destroyed their ring, why you ask? “
And huda answered “that’s strange, because the guy running the people militia asked me to bring his head! “ Then shehab replied after checking another weapon “maybe he is mistaken, but I gave him the head when I sliced it off Edwin, maybe they have another leader “
“No he told me to bring him Edwin head! “ , “bah we will solve this when he get on the ship “ , “What ship? “, “you will see, now lets move on “.
And they entered the house, and from it they go on a secret tunnel, that lead to the deadmines.

First there was couple of Miners who are working for the defias , who were weak and didn’t pose a challenge for the seasoned paladin , who killed many stronger monsters before , how huda knew that ? he never stopped saying it after each swing of his sword , Ashkandi It was called , after dropping 4-5 miners he would turn back to her and say “ pretty easy , I have killed many adversary and monster much stronger that these “ then he would go one and keep shouting “ TASTE ASHKANDI YOU SCUM “ and swing it at the miners , then they encountered other defias Conjurer, not that they were a problem they maybe took a second swing but they drop as fast , and shehab didn’t break a sweat , because again he keep on saying that “ didn’t break a sweat ! , I have lasted many battle before , some epic battles with the likes of Nefarian Al'ar & Maulgar “ names that really do no mean anything to her .
But she had to endure , Shehab was an old friend of her family , and didn’t shun her away when she became a rogue like most of his family , he kept on helping her whenever he had the time or was passing by her , he was after all a paladin ,

Now they (with minimal help from huda really) vanquished all the defias in the room , they move to the next one , were an ogre was guarding it , shehab charge him and the ogre shout that vancleef is paying him for the head of anyone that trespass , of course because shehab was aided by the Light and the light conquer all again one of his many speeches for some reason he can’t kill quietly , certainly not rogue martial.
Then they meet some goblin , it does seem goblin work with anyone with money , from what shehab told her , they have big cities , and that they are filthy rich , it seem nothing stop those goblins from trying to amass gold anyway possible.

Then they reached a closed door with a canon standing by it , and before she suggest trying her picklock skills on the door , shehab dash and pick up some gunpowder and stuff it in the cannon then light the fuse , she would never understand shehab is totally not stealthy.
The Cannon Ball exit the cannon with a big bang, and smash the door, she hear someone shout for people to check it out, his accent sound like a pirate, a pirate in a mine? Maybe he is related to the ship shehab says is in the mine, although she doesn’t understand why there is a ship in a mine
Upon passing the shattered door 3 defias wearing pirate cloth appear and shehab make short work of them and their parrots, then she see it, a SHIP! In a mine! That the weirdest thing she saw ever
And shehab turn to her, and as if he is reading her mind answer “yeah a ship in a mine, kind of strange but I have seen stranger things “
They start moving to the ship, then they see the first mate guarding the ramp next to the ship, nothing hard with it, couple of slashes from her and a holy shock from shehab and he is down for the count.

They climb up the ramp, dispose of couple more defias pirates, then they are on the ship deck , and shehab stop looking at a figure in what appear to be the captain cabin , and start mumbling
“Edwin? How could that be, I brought his head to the militia before “, she look at shehab and tell him
“Is there a problem? “, “he turn to her and talk in a high pitch voice that normal “no thing to worry about, lets charge this scum “
He charge him and Edwin start calling for help , shehab stop and chant , and suddenly holy fire appear in the ground and start burning Edwin and his henchmen , and it didn’t take long for Edwin and his henchmen to drop out like flies swatted with a shield , and Edwin in his die’ing breath says
“ you will not stop the brotherhood “ shehab pull Edwin up and shout at him “ WHO GOT YOU BACK ! I KILLED YOU BEFORE “and Edwin laugh and spit some blood and says
“Blizz… ar … d “and shehab shout at him “WHO? WHAT DOES A COLD WIND HAVE TO DO WITH YOU COMING BACK FROM THE DEAD” and keep smacking Edwin shouting “ ANSWER ME DAMN IT “ I hold him and point to him that Edwin is already dead and the dead can’t answer at least that what I think
So I slice up Edwin head , and put it in my bag , shehab look at the headless corpse , then get out a big Axe and start chopping the rest of it and says “ lets see you get back from this “
After he made mince meat out the Edwin Corpse , I get out my hearthstone and start rubbing it so it can return me to the inn in sentinel hell , I never understood how these work , but they cut a lot of time traveling back .

And shehab start rubbing his Stone, he wave goodbye to me and says he is going to the big city , I wave back at him , and in a flash I’m back at sentinel hill
Before I deliver the head to the head of people militia I decided to have some rest since its already way after midnight, and I need the rest at the inn for tomorrow
She started thinking of why shehab was shocked to find Edwin , then she decided it was too much for her to think about , for tomorrow is another day and maybe she is in a better tank to learn new poison form the master at stormwind.
