buggy game play: slow down and stop
Reply With Quote   #1

first off, I had a little fun with the nwn.ini file
(yeah yeah i know, dont play with it)
well, after adding the line, debugmode=1, going in game (no problems yet!) and making a levle 20 charicter with hella high stats, the game seems to slow down, and then stop. I know it isnt my system cause it ran it just fine before the format (network related format) but after re-installing it and playing (sans-patches) and patching it still happens, only thing that has changed are my vid drivers for the ati radeon 7000

just wondering if any one else has had this problem playing with the debug mode? and if they were able to fix em Mdar Kelf WizardRtal Rogue[i]Test your sigHere

Did you turn debug mode off, by doing debug mode 0?

yea, leaving debug mode on, from what i could tell, makes the game act...well buggy. if that isnt the case, mabey look at seeing if theres any programs running in the background besides explorer an systray. it sounds like something is hogging your ram. this is just my guess tho.
